Ingredients:
1 lb Fasolino's Shells #47 1 tbsp Fasolino's Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 onion 2 cups frozen corn 1/4 cup dried cilantro 4 cloves garlic minced 1 can black beans drained 1 can diced tomatoes with juice 2 jalapeno peppers finely chopped without seeds
Directions:
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Put the pasta shells into a serving bowl and keep warm.
Meanwhile in a frying pan heat the olive oil and saute onion, jalapenos and garlic for about 5 minutes and then add the tomatoes, corn, beans and cilantro.
Add this mixture to the pasta shells, mix through and serve.
