Ingredients:
1 package Fasolino's Mezzani #34 4 tablespoons Fasolino's Virgin Olive Oil 4 leeks (white part only) sliced 11 oz. large prawns 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 cup fresh cream 1 tablespoon butter ½ cup grated breadcrumbs 7 oz. grated parmesan salt, freshly ground pepper
Directions:
Heat oil in deep pan and saute leeks for about 5 minutes together with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Remove from heat, add cream and parmesan and stir.
Meanwhile boil mezzani in plenty of salted water, strain and mix with prawns.
Grease an 8-inch baking pan with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Add pasta with sauce and bake in moderate oven for about 40 minutes.
Serve with additional grated parmesan.
