Ingredients:
1 pkg. Fasolino's Cut Ziti #32 1 pound gorgonzola cheese (2 cups) 1/4 cup butter 2 cups heavy cream 1/2 tsp. white pepper 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 5 qts. boiling water with 2 tbsp salt
Directions:
On very low heat, melt butter with cheese. Using a wooden spoon, press the cheese to melt it quickly. DO NOT BOIL.
Add cream and spices. Keep warm.
Boil pasta al dente, drain and toss with the cheese sauce.
Serve hot with parmesan cheese.
