Ingredients:
4 cups Fasolino's Spaghettini #2
2 tbsp Fasolino's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp lemon juice 1 package frozen Asparagus
1/3 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
Boil asparagus, keep water. Trim off tips of asparagus and set aside.
Place asparagus stems in blender or food processor with lemon juice, 1/2 cup of the asparagus cooking water, and olive oil.
Boil pasta. Strain. Mix in a large bowl with asparagus tips. Pour sauce over pasta, sprinkle parmesan cheese, and serve.
