Ingredients:
4 oz Fasolino's Capellini #1 1.5 tbsp Fasolino's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8 oz shrimp, cooked 2 fl oz white wine .5 cup lemon juice 3 cloves garlic 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
Directions:
Combine oil, garlic, white wine, lemon juice, and seasonings. In nonstick skillet over medium high heat, combine oil mixture, shrimp, and pasta; toss to coat evenly. Heat through.
Also great if you add veggies! I like peas, but asparagus or broccoli would be great, too.
Adjust liquid and seasonings to your taste.
