Ingredients:
1 pound Fasolino's Shells #47
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved 1 bunch of asparagus, chopped 1 red bell pepper, diced finely 4 oz crab meat, shredded 8 oz medium shrimp, cut 8 oz cream cheese 4 oz sour cream Juice and zest of 1 lemon 2 garlic cloves crushed 2 Tbsp chives, chopped 1 Tbsp dijon mustard 1 Tbsp capers 2 Tbsp sweet relish 1 Tbsp sugar Salt and pepper to taste Fresh chopped parsley
Directions:
Boil pasta in salted water and cool.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with sour cream and tomato paste and stir until smooth. Mix in the lemon zest and juice, garlic, capers, relish, mustard, sugar.
Taste and season with salt and pepper.
Mix the Dressing with the pasta and the crab and shrimp and sprinkle with parsley.
